The Sciences

There are several different branches of science that focus on different topics. Here are the key ones that we have games for here on BrainyBlast:

General

General science could be any of the sciences or a mix of them! Integrated science, for example, may include aspects from all of the major disciplines of science. This is the place for games about topics that fall under multiple categories of science! You can also go here if you're not sure which science you are interested in.
Biology

Biology is the study of life and how it functions! So, if you're interested in learning about animals, plants, ecology, DNA, cells, how the human body works, and much more, this is the science for you. If it's alive, biology studies it!
Chemistry

Chemistry studies the properties of matter and how different substances interact with one another! Atoms, chemical reactions, acids, bases, types and properties of bonds, and properties of matter are just a few of the things you will learn about in chemistry.
Physics

Physics studies energy, matter, and movement! It includes topics such as mechanics, forces, heat, light, radiation, optics, sound, electricity, magnetism and more.
Earth Science

Earth science studies geological processes and phenomena, like earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, plate tectonics, volcanoes, weather patterns, ocean currents, and more!
Environmental Science

Environmental science is an interdisciplinary science that studies the environment from multiple perspectives, including ecology, earth science, human interactions with the environment, energy use, sustainability, pollution, and much more!
